Rainmeter is a program that allows you to have 'skins' on your desktop which can do a plethora of different things. These skins can be programmed to function as a CPU utilization monitor or even a weather monitor to show you the temperature in your area. In order to download the skins i have made, you will need to download and install Rainmeter.
